Abbey Flowers in Farncombe (between Guildford and Godalming) has been supporting the Hospice for over a year now. They offer a special Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice range of bouquets from which 10% of the purchase price is donated to us. In addition they provided a lovely bouquet free of charge that was presented to Erin Boag from Strictly Come Dancing at our last Strictly Dancing event.

 

Adam’s Holistic Health in Farnham not only supported the Hospice’s Steps Under the Stars event offering free massages to tired walkers, but is also donating via a regular Standing Order.

Central heating suppliers and long term supporters of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, most recently through sponsorship of the Music in the Park event and the 2008 Cycle the Nile challenge.

 

CLK Bouquets, an on-line florist, offers customers the opportunity to make a donation every time they buy a bouquet. In addition, the company makes a donation for every 20 bouquets sold. Win/Win!

 

Members at Curves Blackwater Valley are frequent donors of funds and even food for our kitchens, and the business is also providing generous support of the 2009 Steps Under the Stars walk.

 

Aldershot branch of Domino’s Pizza is providing fundraising opportunities and free pizza at various Hospice events.

 

This Godalming firm of solicitors were first-time sponsors of the Hospice’s Carol Concert in December 2008.

 

Founder of the Entrepreneur Channel, Andrew Reynolds has been a major supporter of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. President of the 100 Club, he is funding a three year programme to provide additional community nurses, enabling us to take our services further into our community. In addition to this donation of £169,000, his company also provided funding for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice DVD.

 

Farnborough Leisure Centre is providing facilities for the 2009 lbs for £££s Workout event in aid of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, as well as providing ticketing facilities for the 2009 Music in the Park event.

 

Manufacturer of small satellites in Guildford who provided the opportunity for a local business to literally launch their name into space by having their logo on the side of one of SSTL’s satellites, in a venture that raised over £8,000 for the Hospice.

Gilroy and Brookes, Chartered Accountants in Aldershot, have supported a number of Hospice events through generous sponsorship, enabling a higher proportion of money raised to go towards patient care.

 

Farnham-based recruitment consultancy that is one of the 2009 Steps Under The Stars sponsors and has also generously pledged a percentage of their turnover to the Hospice.

 

Local courier company and supporter of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice through support of the annual Santa Fun Runs in Guildford and Aldershot.

 

Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa has nominated Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice as its local Charity of the Year for 2010 and will be hosting a variety of events.

 

Frimley-based pharmaceuticals company for whom Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice has been Charity of the Year since 2008 raising well in excess of £20,000 so far through a variety of employee fundraising, corporate giving and re-cycling initiatives.

 

Charity balloon flights, courtesy of The Packhouse, an award winning antiques and interiors showroom, based in a beautiful 400-year old, Grade II listed hop kiln on the outskirts of Farnham, have raised considerable sums for the Hospice in recent years.

 

PDM Neptec, an Alton-based connectivity and cable engineering company for harsh environments, are a regular donor through our Corporate 100 Club scheme.

 

The PD Group, based in South Warnborough, have offered their design and print services to the Hospice at reduced rates for many years, and support our events and fundraising in every way they can.

 

Phiness PR has donated its services on a pro-bono basis to help with the production of our latest Corporate video.

 

Staff at Farnborough offices of QinetiQ have raised thousands of pounds through sponsorship of a few hardy individuals who row, run and even kickbox for hour upon hour in the staff fitness centre!

 

The Ramada, Farnham Hotel has provided very generous terms to the Hospice for a number of events and meetings held there, as well as offering raffle prizes and collecting money on our behalf from patrons.

 

Staff at RBS Pets and Travel Insurance offices have been finding fun and ingenious ways to raise money for us all year, from cake sales to dress-down days. They even produced and sold a fun 2009 staff calendar!

 

Farnham hair salon which donates £3 for every new customer that has a special offer £15 ‘Cleanse, Cut and Style’!

 

This local travel company, specialising in trips to China, have generously supported Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice’s annual Logan’s Run event.
