Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning. "The Charity" means Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. "Customer" means the customer of The Charity. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Charity to the Customer.
Payment:
Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.
Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Charity’s choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch goods within one month of purchase as all fulfilment is completed in batches. If you are purchasing an event ticket for an event that takes place within one month from the date of purchase, these will be sent out at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Please wait 60 days to report to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice any outstanding orders. All online payment transactions and fulfilment services are being handled externally to The Charity by Sharpcat Limited, Elizabeth House, Greywell Road, Hook RG27 9PR.
Event tickets:
Online sale of event tickets will close 48 hours prior to the date of the event to ensure The Charity is able to fulfil your order.
Event registration:
Each participant for an event that requires registration must register individually. All registration fees are non-refundable. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the Customer agrees that the Customer will provide The Charity with the Customer’s full name and contact details and any relevant medical information (if requested) prior to taking part.
Claims:
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The Charity within seven working days of delivery. The Charity shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by The Charity promptly return any of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to The Charity for examination.
Liability:
a) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Charity shall at it's option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
b) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective The Charity shall, at it's option replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
c) In no circumstances shall the liability of The Charity to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Returns:
Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to

Specification:
The Charity reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated in the description and displayed in the product photograph including slight differences in colour, shade and size.
The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
