The team has had another busy year meeting the ever-increasing needs of
our patients in the community, so much so that the appointment of
Shirley to our team as the third clinical nurse specialist has been
highly valued. Visiting patients at home is a major part of our role and
demands a sensitive, caring approach, as it can be a very emotional time
for our patients, their families and friends. |
