Head of Retail
£38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
This vacancy has arisen due to the impending retirement of our current Head of Retail. Part of the Senior Management Team, and reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a key role responsible for ensuring the income and growth development of our retail division, currently delivering sales in excess of £1m. Revenue from the retails business is a core part of the Hospice's overall income, last year contributing 18% of total income.
Responsible for 12 shops, a warehouse and Furniture Showroom/warehouse you will currently be operating in a smiliar senior role within the retail sector. You will be a strategic thinker, able to provide leadership, vision and inspiration for the retail team, resulting in increased sales and profitability.

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice offers Specialist Palliative Care to those facing the end of their life and to those who love and care for them. The Hospice is based in Farnham and serves a population of 600,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.

Donor Development Manager

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Donor Development Manager to this new position. Educated to degree level or equivalent, and a member of the Institute of Fundraising, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing donor recruitment and retention strategies through a full range of direct marketing activities.
