Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice works hard to maintain its status as a Centre of excellence for Specialist Palliative Care in the community, and we are only able to do this so successfully by working closely and efficiently with our healthcare professional colleagues. Together, through a greater understanding of Specialist Palliative Care and the importance of patient access to the end of life care they choose, we hope to deliver a consistent and positive experience of care across our catchment area.
