Thoughts
(page five)

We will catch your smile on someone's face
Your whisper in the winds embrace
Through diamond stars and songs and dreams
We will find your love in everything.

Rog and David
We love you and miss you

In Praise of Mothers

It takes a Mother’s love
To make a house a home,
A place to be remembered,
no matter where we roam....
It takes a Mother’s patience
To bring a child up right
And her courage and her cheerfulness
To make a dark day bright…

It takes a Mother’s thoughtfulness
To mend the heart’s deep hurts,
And her skill and her endurance
To mend little socks and shirts…

It takes a Mother’s wisdom
To recognize our needs
And to give us reassurance
By her loving words and deeds…

And that is why in all this world
There could not be another
Who could fulfill God’s purpose
As completely as a Mother!

To Those I Love And Those Who Love Me

When I am gone, release me let me go
I have so many things to see and do
You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears
Be happy that we had so many years
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness

I thank you for the love you have shown
But now it’s time I traveled alone
So grieve a while for me if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust
It’s only for a while that we must part
So bless the memories within your heart
I won’t be far away.  For life goes on

So if you need me call and I will come
Though you can’t see or touch me I’ll be there
And if you listen with your heart you’ll hear
All of my love around you soft and clear
And then when you must come this way alone
I’ll greet you with a smile and welcome you home

To a Special Friend
Joy Pyzer

We have known each other since we were three
We have seen each other happy and sad
We have listened to each other
We have been together when we have had fun and when we were upset
We have watched each other laugh and cry
Thank you for believing in me Joy and supporting me through good and bad times
For sharing our thoughts together
You are a perfect friend Joy and I hope I have been too
You are always with me even when we are apart
Joy I am still talking to you and always will.
Love Rosemary
