patients, in Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire. This includes the
care and support that is offered after treatment. Information about
healthy living, signs and symptoms, local hospitals and clinics,
hospices and community services is provided. In addition, links to
your local patient information centres and local and national
support groups are given here.
You will also find information about benefits, insurance and travel
advice, details of support for carers, dependants and children,
complementary therapies and a range of other support and advice
available.
