LEAVING A GIFT IN YOUR WILL
TO THE HOSPICE
How to
help the Hospice
There are 6
ways you can choose to leave a gift to the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in your
will.
- A Residuary legacy
– which is the remainder of your estate, after all your other legacies
and commitments have been paid
- A Cash legacy
– a sum of money specified in your will
- A Specific legacy
– a certain item, perhaps some shares or jewellery, specified in your
will
- A Conditional
legacy – the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice would benefit if any or all of
your beneficiaries die before you do
- A Reversionary
legacy – you could choose to leave something, such as a house, to a
partner or friends for use during their lifetime. Afterwards, the value
would be passed to the charity.
We strongly recommend that, whatever you choose to do,
you contact your solicitor for advice.
Please let us know

way of supporting the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, please consider letting us
