Just wanted to say a big thank you to Claire who I met today to hand over £533 for the Hospice after a sponsored haircut.  She very kindly showed us round the building.  Thank you Claire.

What a comfort to know that such a hospice exists. Knowing that Phyllis really did  die to help others is a beautiful  tribute to "life after death". Thank you everyone involved.

Your staff are angels in disguise! Patience, loving, kindness &understanding fills your hospice. The care and support you gave my father Robin Assinder and to his family was incredible. It will never be forgotten. He died on Christmas Eve last year, but his character and your hospice lives on! Thank you.

Mum died of cancer at the Hospital last weekend. Never, during her 80 years, had she had a stay in hospital and was terrified at the thought of being admitted to the Hospice. I too was unsure of our decision to come to the Phyllis Tuckwell, but not once did I have any regrets. Mum received the most wonderful care - and so did we, her relatives.  A very big thank you to all.

It was the first time I saw the hospice and it was nothing like I expected it to be. It was very pleasant and peaceful with loads of places to relax if anyone, including family members were feeling distressed. All of the staff are very nice and I think are making the hospice a better place, because if it wasn’t for them it wouldn’t be how it is now!

I cared for my neighbour,  David Harland for 4 years and later witnessed the care from your staff.  I have spent a long time in Oncology in the UK (Marie Curie) and hope to bring a little of that to an Island in Asia.  On a more personal note, I lost my Father to cancer, I only wish that he had lived in Surrey.
Good Luck and God Bless. Mrs Sue Sivarajah

Very nice site. Clear, concise and up to date. So many sites fall behind with dates, times updates etc, but this is great!

My mother, Patricia Sharp. Died of secondary breast cancer at age 53 on Sunday 10th March, Mothering Sunday. She left me, 15 and my brother 13 with no mother. She died at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. I would like to say that they were excellent. My mother didn't want to leave there. When she came home for a visit she said, "We'd better get back soon, they may not let me come back" She was a lively and lovely person, who whom ever she ment she loved and visa versa. Thank you for your kindness and support to both my mother and myself when she died. Thank you again.

An excellent site which I will now bring to the attention of our parishioners at St. Tarcisius Church Camberley through the medium of our newsletter.   We at St. Tarcisius collect newspapers for you and my wife and I had reason to visit you very recently to see our friend Marian Kulik.  We were very impressed with the way you looked after her.  Thank you.

My mum Chrissie Martin passed away May 2000 in Phyllis Tuckwell. The love and care the staff showed our mum was incredible, she was a very special lady and seeing her being treated as such was very comforting. Not only were they wonderful to our mum but also to us her family. They made a truly dreadful time bearable with their support and care. Thank you. Susan Whitehead. My mum was on Willow Ward.
