Community Clinical Nurse Specialist
Full time 37.5 hours (part time hours will be considered)
Salary Range £34,766 - £36,414
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated nurse with a commitment to providing high quality care, to join the multi-professional hospice team.
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice provides a community palliative care service for people affected by terminal illnesses. The Hospice is based in Farnham and serves a population of 600,000 acrossWest Surreyand NE Hampshire.
The successful applicant will be an experienced palliative care nurse with the ability to manage a caseload of patients with complex needs and have strong leadership and education skills. Ideally be in possession of a Diploma/Degree in Palliative Care and educated to masters level. Advanced skills in communication are also required. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this post.
